# assignements of workshop implemetation works on ideas
expressed by the
participants till today
(as to say: ideas are really very nice, let's see about their
realization
:) )
proposed ideas and methods of relations with public
To interview journalists [instead of being simply interviewed
by
journalists]
To prepare a radio program, for one or more days
to prepare a tv program, for one or more days
To prepare a photocopy notebook for free distribution in libraries cafes
bakeries etc of Plovdiv
To use the photocopy notebook as a medium of continuous information = to
make a normal publication
To call and co involve external persons of the workshop for the elaboration
of projects of the workshop
To make presentations of works in other localities of Plovdiv
To make new media performance in the streets
To make projections on the wall or on the windows of the house where the
workshop takes place
Interviews in the streets of Plovdiv and videotaped them
about the radio programs, tv programs as for the journalist's
interviews,
and about other localities than the mexican house,
we have positive answers,
everybody who feels it can assume the management in one (or
some ?:)) of
these works to be implemented during the 14 days of the workshop
------------------------------------------------------
# preparation of short info presentations of the participants
to the
workshop
these presentations are not to be confused with the lectures
or in other
words, with the long time presentations
the short presentations will help not only to be informed about others work,
but also to use them as a source of experiences and of elements to work
with.
after the presentations we have to discuss on them, to criticize them =
to make an attempt to begin to discuss and understand deeper our
neighoborhood
also to begin to draw some maps (not only in the geographical sense, or
geopolitical sense)
but also
to begin to construct critical and conceptual maps of the works we allready
have, and to evaluate them as more as we can
the presentations should be very-very short, no more than 12
minutes, and
each participant to the workshop has to prepare what he needs for such a
short but condensed info of his global work
[later i will send a basic questionnaire prepared by the
participants that
are here now, for everybody else who will arrive in the next days ]
-----------------------------------------------------------
# new ideas and propositions
dimos = give assignements for implementation of the ideas
presented saturady
and sunday
marilena = prepare a questionnaire for the journalists interview
dimos = prepare a common acceptable structure of the participants'
presentations
steve = use the journalists interviews as materials to work on
